How do I submit a ticket? The PM website is at best is very opaque.

@dubba91   Do you mean your reward discounts were not automatically deducted?  That would be because everyone on the old $ rewards was switched to public points recently and you now have to accumulate points to manually redeem them for bill credits or discounted add ons.  If that's the reason in your case then the changing of the plan was a coincidence.
