Plans are pre paid. You’ll be charged immediately. You need to choose change plan at next renewal date or you get charged immediately again.

Hello @F_Rance
When you signed up, THAT was the plan you were supposed to have. Since you switched to a different plan, YOU chose to do that meaning that you forfeited your original plan you paid for and the money you paid it with. You can reach out to a CS Agent to see if they are willing to credit you. But I can't say for sure they will.
