Currently have CAN/US 20GB at 4G speeds for $30 renewing on 18th each month. I am considering switching to the CAN/US/MEX 50GB at 5G speeds for $35, but don't full understand how the payments changing would work. If I change today, for the 4G plan would I pay roughly ~43% of the plan for the period of Jan 18 - 31st, and then my new billing cycle would start near the end/start of each month at $35? Also, I ideally want to pay for my plan on/after the first of each month, within a few days. If changing my plan changes my billing cycle, what day would be best to change my plan then?

the referral code you used to sign up was a one time $10 credit only, you cannot use it again nor use other friend code to get that $10 again
but your friend will still enjoy the 1 point per cycle even you change plan

**bleep**, ok last question. I used my friend's referral code when signing up. If I change my subscription plan will his referral code stay on or do I have to re-enter it when changing subscriptions?

I don’t think that is possible.

Alright thanks! I'll do change on renewal. Do you know of any way to change billing date without losing money/days on plan?

Because Public Mobile is prepaid, there is no pro rating of plans. That’s why it is best to choose the option of “Change on Renewal” rather than “Change Now” when selecting a new plan. Also, plans are 30 days, not monthly, so payment dates will not always be on the same day each month.
