The instructions say:
Steps to Pause your Subscription
But the only option I see when I log in is "Subscriptions & Add-ons"
When I click on that, the only option is to "Change Subscription". (See attached pic)
I do not see any 'Manage Subscription' option. So I can't pause my subscription.
Can anyone tell me where I am supposed to be looking to pause my subscription.

I know that the help article do make mention of the above, but none of that actually pauses your plan subscription. All it does is disable autopay. Even after performing the abover steps, you service will continue working at least up until your renewal date. Also, turning off autopay doesn't necessarily mean that your service will stop working at the end of the current plan cycle as a plan can still renew with autopay disabled if there is already enough of a balance in the Public Mobile avaialble account balance.

Try login to your account on the PM app and follow the 6 steps that you noted.
Online is slightly different steps.
