Hello, I recently activated my phone through esim on my own phone. Transfered my phone number. Payment went through but I am getting no service with call or text. That's incoming and outgoing. Can I please get some technical help?

Have you tried going to your settings? In your cellular settings, and under SIMs (might be different for Android, I have an iPhone). I had to enter my phone number there. Make sure that the sim that is “on” is the one from Public Mobile. You can also try turning off your device and back on. Hope this helps!

Have you tried restarting the phone or reset network settings?  Support hours are 9 am to 10 pm eastern time so you likely won't get a response until tomorrow

@CBathory  hi, did you remove your old providers sim card? Or deleted the old sim?
