My husband transferred to public mobile on January 31. He has no texts in or out. can make outgoing call but cannot receive calls. Have tried removing and reinssrting Sim card. Still no service Cannot contact support since can't receive code (no texts). Please help

Did your husband reply to the text from his old carrier confirming he is porting over to PM with the old SIM in his phone?

This is the most critical step in porting over.

He should contact a CS_Agent to fix the issue by Submitting a Ticket on the Chatbot and type in Submit a Ticket or Contact CS_Agent.
