My billing cycle showed til the 24th of February but now it shows it starts on the 24th. Had I known this was the case I would have cancelled my service on the 23 February. I would like to cancel my service as of today February 24th not March 26th, and receive a full credit. In the future I now know to cancel any service one or two days day earlier than my billing cycle.

As mentioned @WEG , you can log into your account and turn off automatic payments, however, there is another way to close the account that hasn't been mentioned.... and that is to port your number to another service provider. Sadly you will not be refunded the amount you lose due to porting. It may be worth the ask to your new service provider, if you've chosen to port out to, ask them if they'd be willing to cover the cost you just paid. Never hurts to ask.

Sorry @WEG , PM is a prepaid provider and you won't get a refund for the cycle that just renewed 

You should cancel the subscription now from My Account, Payment page , Manage Subscription and disable Subscribed there. Make sure you do that or it will get renewed again in March

@WEG To cancel a prepaid service, you need to stop your subscription and let the account renewal fail. Then after 90 days the account is closed and you lose your number. I don't imagine CS will do anything for you but you can always open a ticket with them through the chat bubble. If that gives you difficulties, send them a direct message at:

Note response times may be longer if you use direct message.

Edit; A note about your billing/service cycle. When it says til 24 Feb, at midnight your account starts renewal process not the next day.
