I did and waiting for a reply in 2 days is BS I need my phone NOW not in 2 DAYS

Maybe going forward when you need a moderator instead of dealing with simple simon and the verifying link just do what I do....

 

Send a private message...   Contact the moderators by sending a private message and leave a detailed message explaining your issue and the info to verify your account by including the following information:  

 

  1. Full name and address on pm account. ( Or province and postal code for newer accounts.)
  2. Email, phone # and pin #.

 

If  you cannot remember your pin # include at least three ( if they apply)of the following:

 

  1.  Date of birth (n/a on newer accounts.)
  2. Last payment, date, amount, type and last 4 digits.
  3. Alternate phone number if any.
  4. Security question and answer.
  5. Plan amount, any add ons or promos on account.
  6. Last 4 digits of sim card.
  7. Any rewards in your account.
  8. Autopay y/n?
  9. Account #.
  10. Frequently called/texted phone numbers in the last 30 days.  

 

The average wait time is 2 to 4 hours but be prepared to wait up to 48 hours for non urgent requests. Current wait times are about one hour and are probably even less as I have had some very quick responses in tne past week.

 

Keep an eye on your private message box the envelope icon next to your avatar for a little number to pop indicating a message from the moderators. Responding promptly will speed up service times.

 

 Do not post any of this info in the community only in your private messages when communicating or contacting the Moderator_Team.

yes, you are paying less cos it seems like you have some rewards..

 

Post the Transaction history so all we know how unjust it is.  We are not saying you are BS-ing,  but PM transaction history is a bit hard to understanding sometimes,  we just trying to help.

 

For the link that didn't work did you mean the link Mod sent you to validate your identity?? if so just reply back to Mod and they will send you another link.  I think the old link might have expired.

 @BRENDA67 : That amount owing is for your next renewal. Pictures tell a thousand words. That's why we ask. Nobody's taking money from you. Are your services working?

You're in AB and your rewards came to $9 for your last renewal.

Also I would like to apologize for using bad words as I was so pissed off about this. When all this came about I was trying to make a call and this is what I heard. Sorry not enough funds to place this call........... So I am sure you can understand how pissed I got... Once again I apologize for mouth wrong words and my attitude...

I checked my bank account June,24,2021 Public Mobile withdrew 27.30 out of my bank account. My account here (public mobile);

 

payment due  before June24,2021

 

payment for next cycle: 35.00

 

amount owing: 35.00

 

Ok ppl it's June,27,2021 it says I owe 35.00 , 27.30 has been taken from my bank account.

I would say Deducted my money unjustly wouldn't you not say... NO I will not screen shot any of my info sorry. I can tell you one thing I do not publicly embarrass myself saying BS lies about a provider I use.

If you are having trouble using the link to verify just send a reply back saying you can't use the link and they can verify thru a text message or by info in your account. The main info needed is:

 

  1. Full name, address on account.
  2. Email, phone number and pin #.

If you don't have all of the above they have a variety of questions they can ask you that only you should know.....just reply and open up the conversation with the moderator again.

@BRENDA67 , your original question was that no one get back to you.  But you just add an update.  Maybe you finally found the mod reply?  The reply is in your community inbox.    Click on the subject line to open the full message.  In the first reply, there likely a link to verify your identity.  Click on that.  i think that link expire in 48 hours or so.  After you validate your identity, mod will then send you another reply shortly.

I have a problem I would like to reply to the messAGE in my inbox to the moderator but I am not choosing nothing..  I have a problem and you link is not working. I or anyone in their right mind would not suggest this provider with all the bs just to get my phone on the go... you can contact me by phone other wise I am changing providers... NO I am not proving I have this embarassing provider .. My  number is xxxxxxxxx ... GET A HOLD OF ME I HAVE GONE AS FAR AS GOING TO FACEBOOK .... YOUR LINK IN INBOX DOES NOT  WORK OK .... AND I CAN NOT REPLY I HAVE TO MWRITE TO WHOM IM SENDING A REPLY TO NO YOU CALL ME

 @BRENDA67 : It's _up_ to 48 hours. It's been found to be within a much shorter time these days.

What is the question you have for them? Maybe we can shed some light on what you might be seeing. Post screenshots of your overview page and maybe Payment history from here (not payment card). Blank out personal info of course.
