Hi, I wanted transfer my number from different operator to Public mobile eSIM, but the old number was already deativated, so I cannot confirm my account because the 6 digit code was sent to the deactivated number. I would like to get new number but Im not able to get into my account.  the money was deducted from the account. How I can get to my account a get new number?

you can ask support to assign you a random new number first (and you can pick another number later).  Message support here:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
