The message was like "payment was received but some error occured", CIBC app shows money deducted from credit card, but when trying to login to my account again, I am still being redirected to "Let's complete your activation", after pressing the button it shows me again payment page

looks like the payment dropped! It was under "pending transactions" yesterday and up until not too long ago, but now it is gone.

Exactly, if nothing is gonna happen until Friday, I'm gonna report transaction to CIBC and don't be nervous anymore

I just got the same error, checked my bank and the payment is pending under my credit card. I've opened a ticket with CS.

since PM took the money , check with support agent,
