Yesterday I received the message:
"Public mobile here. Your plan did not renew because we did not receive your payment. To resume your service, make a payment at..."
My credit card (CC) details have not changed and as in the following screenshot, I have had a subscription that auto-charged my CC.
My service was briefly shut off and I had to pay manually despite never having to do so. Clearly, Public Mobile has broken something. What is going on here?

yes, autopay fails sometimes, not the most reliable one. that's why some will choose to manually load funds ahead of time.
I had it once, tried to contact agent but they didn't provide me much useful information. So, I can only suggest monitory your renewal closely (and it is true the 30 days cycle make monitor harder as the renewal date keeps changing
