Hello 

I am trying to renew my subscription on my number. Today is the last day to renew, however it won't charge. Please help me I don't want to lose my number

First and foremost, please click on the little arrow in that box and edit your phone number out. These are public forums and not private.

Also, don't worry if you miss the payment deadline. You would have up to 90 days to pay it before losing your number.

What I'd suggest is this. Go into your browser settings, enter Cache into the search, clear the lifetime of the cache, restart the entire browser and then once it's back up, go into settings and choose Incognito mode. Try logging in again and try changing it. This should resolve it.

You can also try the Public Mobile app on your phone. This usually works better.

If you still can't make the payment, create a ticket for CS to assist.

remove the phone number, we are just customers here like you

you can wait an hour and try making payment again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser.  

if same and you want to pay first, buy a voucher from Shoppers drug mart or London Drug and load the voucher using *611
