please I changed my subscription and I paid for it but it seems they have deducted the money multiple times

If you changed your Subscription and clicked on change NOW then you would have paid for the old plan plus the new plan. Unfortunately the old plan is not prorated so no refund on unused days.
If you clicked on changing the plan on your NEXT RENEWAL DATE then the old plan will end and the new plan will continue and no extra charges.

if you see it only on the credit card, it could be just pending charges and they will be dropped after couple days
but if you are pretty sure they are posted charges, then ask support gent to check.
