go by what your Self Serve account overview area says - it would be the most live, accurate information.

It is possible if this was a text from Public Mobile, it was an erroneous one.

 

Also, best to check your Data Limiter on your phone device to see it's warnings/restrictions. Your phone may be notifying you based on your settings. So check these settings.

you need to Contact Customer Support Agent by CS_Agentand Explain your issue to 
them can solve your issue, they are nice Service Team they will help you 100%.

Open ticket. CSA will contact you asking for some personal info. Then if they are satisfied with your answers they will reset your password.

@Akshat   If you already tried Forgot password but not able to answer the security question , open a ticket with PM Support and they can help

 

click on the Bubble on the lower right or directly at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Follow these these to get to ticket open page quicker:

 

  1. type: Forgot log in information
  2. Click "Contact Us"
  3. Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
  4. you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
