All customer service is online here; sorry, there is no phone number to call any Public Mobile Representatives.

To contact the Public Mobile Customer Support Agent (CSA)_Team, there are two methods to reach them:

1 -  Faster - Click the bubble comment circle on the bottom right-hand side of your screen,

@RockaRolla  you can use the Chabot to open a ticket but it might take couple hours for back and forth messages with the CS Agent.
