@Tanya4   Can you provide a few more details? 

 

Are your payments up to date?  Perhaps the payment didn't go through if you're set up on autopay as it occasionally fails unfortunately. 

 

Log into your account and see if it shows as active or suspended?  You may need to click the Reactivate button if the account is suspended which may require making a manual payment if you have a payment card registered.    Make sure to clear your browser cookies/cache and use incognito/privacy mode when trying to make a payment.

 

If the account is active then try rebooting your phone/or toggling airplane mode on/off.  Also power off phone, remove the SIM and after a couple of mins reinsert SIM and restart phone.
