I'm sorry to see that you were having issues activating your SIM card.
As @7789849803 mentioned, would it be possible for you to send me your SIM card number and the email you used for registration? Please send it to me via private message.

This is a known issue with the PM activation system, so someone will have to help you with activation. One of our community moderators @Shazia_K and @Kalla_A will respond here within the next 24 hours with more information on this. Once they contact you, you will likely be sending them a private message with your SIM # and your intended plan of choice. So keep those 2 pieces of information ready to share.
