Hi all,
I just joined PM and transferred my phone number from Freedom. However, after inserting my PM SIM (Freedom emailed me confirming the transfer was complete), my phone number turned into a random number from a town in Alberta!
How can I get my phone number back?

@Mczat can you update your number on the cellular sim settings? I think they have to match to what your phone number settings are too. Otherwise connect with @CS_Agent . You'll have to message them once a day to get their attention. I didn't hear back for 2 days, and opened another ticket today and got a response to the new ticket within 20 min.

I cannot believe it.
Even no one is answering my tickets, I do not have any idea what should I do

Prior to trying to make PM "pretty" work needs to be done on consumer help problems! I joined PM in early December and am ready to go to another provider....the mess encountered with getting my own cell number on my account still is not settled & I still cannot get texts or calls even though Koodo has ported my number to PM. Hours of texts to numerous agents & still account not corrected to reflect ported number! Very frustrated, twice was told up to 72 hours to correct yet still no action.

Yes, I called my brother, and the number is completely random. Even in my PM account, it shows the same random number.
I have opened a ticket. Thanks.

Reboot your phone once more and click Reset Network Settings
Then make a calls to a friend and ask him/her to confirm what number is showing on the caller id
Also, try to login My Account and go to Profile page and confirm what the phone number showing there (or on PM app, check Account page)
if the phone number really is a different one, ask support to help.
Please open ticket with PM support:
