Context: My son is in summer school in the U.S., and he may not return to Canada in the fall.
Meanwhile, we've gotten him a less expensive cell plan in the U.S. as opposed to topping up his PM account while in the States. Also, this is while not having downgrading
his Canadian plan... should he return. However, with a U.S. sim card, not a publicMobile sim card,
loaded into his phone, I can't access his account because the security code is being sent to a phone
that -- at this writing -- cannot receive it. Thoughts?

HI @Ashevi11e
A suggestion, you can actually suspend the plan and just resume service for one cycle, 30 days, with a $15 plan to save the cost
So, suspend 90 days -> Renewal once manually (make sure autopay disabled) -> after that one cycle suspended for another 90 day.. and go on
But better to do it 88 days and not 90th day in case any problem

@Ashevi11e You might consider there’s 40GB $50 CAN/US plan right now available

you can have the security code send to email
On the screen it is expecting you to enter the code, click Resend code and then choose Send email
