Purchased USA Data add on but not working

I purchased a 15 day usa add on of talk, text, and data yesterday.  I've reset all systems. I've turned things off and on again. I've restarted phone. I've tried AT&T and t-mobile.   The data image at the top of my phone is on and showing a network with availability but no data is being sent or received. The other parts of my usa add on package (calling and texting) are working fine

Wow. What a system mistake that is. Here is a link to a CS Agent. Show them this screen shot that you purchased it yet it's not on your account.

They should be able to fix it right away since it's now almost 9:30am there.

I called *611 to access public mobile which states i have not purchased a usa add on. My on line account says the same. However my account shows my purchase receipt for the add on and my credit card shows the purchase.

Can you go to your account and confirm you actually purchased the data roaming plan and not just the talk/text plan?

Does your APN say this? isp.mb.com ??

I'm not an Android guy but Google tells me this.

Open the Settings app

4Tap the switch to activate or deactivate Data Roaming

Please note: If the Data Roaming switch is greyed out, check that Mobile data is activated. Go to Settings > Connections > Data usage > Mobile data.

You will now be able to use mobile internet when abroad.

This is going to make me look stupid but....  did you try AT&T? and rebooted?

Oh. What phone do you have? Have you enabled VoLTE on your phone? Turned on Mobile Data settings?

Update -  it's definitely a network error but restarting, resetting network, turning off and on is not resulting any change. Texting is working but talking is not.

No no reason. The network should be t-mobile but as I'm getting a network error I was trying different available network

Thank you. I've now tried to change per your suggestion but no change. I am getting a network error.

Thank you. I've done that 3 times and just again now from your advice. No change but you're correct It's a network error.

I have been in the US twice in the last 2 months. T-Mobile has better reception and reliability. Perhaps it could be just the locations I am attending. But even my co-worker who went to Vegas last weekend said T-Mobile was better for reception and service.

Out of curiosity, is there any reason to use AT&T? Is it just there in case TMo has bad coverage?

I've seen comments you may have to force 4G/LTE not auto 5G or whatever it's called. Can you try that?
