Hi,
For my 778-xxx-xxxx phone number, I purchased US roaming talk and text for $15, and also a 1 Gig US roaming Data for $30 - Transactions show the two separately purchased Add-ons.
"My Add-ons" only shows the 1 Gig US roaming Data (no US talk and text).

@nh1 : Due to the fact that the talk and text are not a counted feature, they would appear in the list after clicking Plan details...not under My Data & Add-ons. The _data_ is counted so it does appear there. But we would still like to know what you have in Available Funds in case you didn't actually buy one or the other.

@nh1...just an FYI...the 10 Day US Roaming data option isn't $30...it's actually only $20.
Double check that the add-ons you purchased are the ones you meant for use in USA.

For US Roaming 10 day packages
Unlimited U.S. Talk, Text and 250MB Data Bundle = $20
Unlimited U.S. Talk and Text Bundle = $15
Unlimited U.S. Talk Only = $8
Unlimited U.S. Text Only = $8
U.S. Data Only 10 day packages
250MB = $10
500MB = $15
1GB = $20
when you visit U.S. and then Purchase it,
sign in to Self-Serve, to review your account, if you found at Available Funds: $$
Try To Purchase Add-Ons Using Your Self-Serve Account
Follow these steps:
after purchase successful you have to do Rebooting your phone
what is meant by rebooting the device turn off and turn it back on.

make sure enable roaming on,
Try manually selecting either of AT&T or T-Mobile, whichever works best for you,
for Re-Purchase Add-ons you need to wait 25 hours after the expiry first Purchase Add-ons or you need to Contact Customer Support Agent by CS_Agent, to do it for you..

Do you still have a balance in your account ?
If you do then you need to purchase the add-on.

@nh1 - please remove your phone number, could be a privacy issue.
Are you saying you see the ADDONS under your Overview section of your Self Serve account? This is where they should be listed if you added them successfully.
If you only see the charges in your payment history, then you did not complete the 2nd step fully. Go back to the addon section, and add the ADDONS to your plan/account - now that you have the funds to do so.
