Once again, this continues to show that Public Mobile is negligent in updating their own website with updated information. How does Public Mobile expect volunteers here to help any others when they don't update their own website. How embarrassing folks.

Yeah it ended up being a dialling issue I was adding a zero after the + 44 cause that’s what the brochure says, one I removed the 0 it went through. *face palm*

Thank you @BKNS27 - I finally got through after 1 day and 30 more tries. Calling to Scotland is covered under the 1000 UK Long Distance Minutes for anyone that may run into this issue.

@sjlmcaree92 Are you dialing 011 + 44 + city code + local number

Do you see the UK minutes long distance add on in your self service account?
Maybe try reboot of phone and try again.
Is it one specific number? Or all numbers that you try to call to Scotland?
What numbers are you dialing when you are trying?

Check you account to see if you still have the UK add-on or not? It may be used and gone.
