Will there be a functioning website soon that will allow me to manage my account? Note I wrote "functioning". The current website is an exercise in complete frustration. Worst website ever. Very poorly laid out and slow like molasses running uphill. I tried to change my plan today and was not able to. Tried every browser in the app store. How very disappointing.

The Telus Mobility version is just as slow. Evidently Telus can't upgrade their own prime-tier brand so I doubt they'll prioritize upgrading their third-tier subsidiary brand.
It's been the same forever. Since even before Telus was Telus. Great hardware running crap software.

You can do limited things through self-serving account. It is geared more to buy add-ons but Plan change is easy to do.
Your account has to be active then you go
and pick new plan
