Public mobile sim lost in US

Is there any way to get the Public mobile duplicate or new sim with old number Public mobil sim to replace the lost sim card in US. Sim is lost in US but connection took from Canada. Please help.

Buy a new PM SIM and login to self serve and use Change SIM card as below

HI @johnsonranjeev   are you back in Canada now?  If you are , you can easily get a SIM from mobile store and then login to My Account and ask to Change SIM card.

But if you are still in US and want it taken care of, you will then need to ask someone to buy it for you and ship it to you.   Or you can ask store like Canadian Cellular Supplies and they might be able to help and ship you the SIM

It is a good thing that whoever finds it can’t use it unless you have roaming left in your account or over 10 days.

You can purchase a new PM SIM card and change it in your self service account.  You will need to do a two factor authorization for the SIM change.  Choose the email option.
