You most likely already used it but try this to be certain 

Check add-ons /mins /Data

For most up to date account info

and reboot phone if you do have some left

Click on those "updated a few seconds ago" spinner refresh icons wherever you see them. You might find some updated info. Is your cell data on? Do you have a data limiter set on your phone?
