This is the most difficult service provider I've ever dealt with. This morning I have notifications saying my account is on hold because I have $0.00 owing, I updated my credit card 2 weeks ago and was charged on it, but it says my plan has expired?

So annoying, I really hate public mobile, but the subscriptions are cheap like me, so I guess I do it to myself. Thank you very much for the info.

Thanks for explaining! I also received an email and text that my payment was still owing, but my online account showed that it was paid. I thought the email and text were from a scammer! Relieved to know it was just a mistake.

if your PM services have no problem o, please ignore the message about the overdue issue. It looks like there was a system glitch and those email were sent wrong, sent to the wrong group of customers

Just a glitch within Public Mobile's system. Ignore it, if you still have service.

@ninjinja If your services are still working . You can ignore this error message . A lot of complaints about this over the last 24 hours of error messages to customers . Some sorta system glitch

Just ignore it. It was a mass email that the system sent out. Just another glitch in the system.
