Hello
I am unable to get into site to pay my bill.
I get as far as the verification code which I receive via email but when I return to the site I am left in a circle to start the process all over.

use browser from computer, clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,
you will get verification code by email or SMS, and act little faster
and when you press the 6 digit number and not press anything
just wait a 3 second automatically be login

You might need to go to the browser settings and clear the cookies once and then try loggin in again.

If you are already at the screen waiting for verification code - do not close it. Just open new tab, get code and enter it into payment screen.

The site might say times up, but you can still enter the security code
(the timer showing there is NOT for the time left to enter the code, it is just a timer when you can request another code if you need one)
So, request it again, take your time, no rush, you can enter it whenever you got the code

have you tried sending an SMS instead? or maybe if you are opening from the email app, that could make this happen.

"return to the site"...do you leave the code entry screen up while waiting for the email? After using either option it should display the code entry screen. Leave it there.
