Public Mobile customer support phone number

Why would I want to stay on with Public Mobile?  No customer contact phone number?  Agent cannot solve the problem?  This is annoying...I will start looking for another provider.  Maybe Telus?

@Berry10   It is true that not everyone like the fact that PM does not have a contact phone number.  

 

But in terms of whether the support staff can solve the problem, every provider are similar.  Most support staff we talk to are junior staff and most of them won't stay there long.  All they do is to search the knowledgebase and try to help you from the help library.  If you are hopefully you have better luck with another support centre, you might have keep porting your number and keep looking  🙂

You can always go to your closest Public or Telus booth and have one of the agents from there fix your problem.

but we don't know what your issue,

 

so if you go to other company has support on the telephone them you pay more for service and maybe other company you will face same issue what then you will do change to other,

i think my option to be patient with support online and when them will fix it then your service will be fine for a long time and it's up to you.

So explain the problem here.

I had to push a little harder with an agent a few days ago. Broke through and now I've had lots of attention from internal Telus technical people. Still unresolved but they're evidently working on it.

Sometimes there are language barriers where you think you're making perfect sense but the other end just doesn't get it.

I explained over and over again and agent still did not get it!  I give up! moving on....I need peace and calm to my brain😊

PM is the lower tier online service so no telephone number.

If you want customer service over the telephone, just move up from the lower tier to mid or upper tier like Koodo or Telus.
