I’m on a plan that is $32/mo and received the promo code. When I entered it, it activated immediately, only for it to be revoked an hour later saying I’m not eligible for the promotion?
I’ve been on this plan for over a year now, and it’s greater than the $24/mo requirement.
What can I do? This doesn’t make sense.

that is weird, 1GB for $15 and 4GB for $40. Even more expensive than addon data

How did you see that it was revoked? I'm thinking it's a cache issue with either the app or online. What I'd suggest, before contacting customer service, clear the cache on your web browser and close it. Then re open your browser and go into incognito mode. Log in and see if it's there.
If you're using an Android phone app, go into App Settings, find the PM app and clear the data and cache. Reboot the phone and try to log back in. If it's an iPhone, delete the app, reboot the phone, download and try again.
