Prepaid and travelling

I have a prepaid card and travelling.  Am not able to receive texts or calls.  Please help.

Outside of North America there is no Public Mobile services.

with public only us roaming is there and there are some add on with other country roaming not working for public mobile

 @Qhamer : Are you in Canada at this moment? Did you activate a Public Mobile SIM? What make/model phone do you have?

@Qhamer   PM only offer roaming service in US.  And even that , you need to buy the roaming add-on to be able to use the service.

Outside, of US, there is no roaming service offered at all.

To get connected, please use local data prepaid card for data.  Then use VoIP app like TextNow for making and receiving voice calls on the app

Pubic Mobile only works if you are in Canada. If in the US you can buy an add on roaming package if self service. Where are you traveling?
