Hello, I'm trying to change my number because I moved from Sudbury , ON to Etobicoke (Toronto), ON.  However I failed 30 times from my account, change number. What should I do?

Log out, take a break, then try again in an hour.

 

 

Do you have a Canada Wide calling plan? If so, there is no need to change your number, unless you are concerned about the people calling you paying for long distance changes on their end.

close all Browser and clear cache and cookies,
and try open one Browser inPrivate mode,
or try different Browser and open incognito mode,

did you get an error?  what exact error message?

 

It could be browser related. try

1. Clear cache, close all browser windows and relaunch

2. try Incognito mode or InPrivate Mode

3. Try another browser (Chrome/Edge/Fireforx)

4. Try on a different machine

 @BeachNBeer : Incorrect. It's 4 times now. This changed a bit of a while ago.

@Bob364  Have you already changed your number in the last 30 days?.... Public Mobile allows one change per 30 days. EDIT - Nevermind above. As per @Anonymous  it's 4 changes per 30 days.

 

If you haven't changed number Clear history cookie cache and try in incognito mode.

 

If still haven't problems contact support.

What is the error you are getting?

 

try incognito mode/private mode to change the number, sometimes cookies are sticky.
