Canada-USA-Mexico plans

Travelling in US and Mexico. I have them included in my plan. My phone is telling me I need roaming turned on to get data. Sound right? I’m always nervous to turn on roaming!

As long as your plan includes roaming for data, it will work by turning on roaming. It works fine for me as I travel South quite often. Good luck!

@Lacey256  You can safely leave roaming turned on, there are no unexpected extra charges with Public Mobile.  If you haven't paid in advance for something it will simply not work.

Yes, even with the Canada/US/Mex plan , you need to turn in Roaming Mobile data for the service to work.  Also, when you enter US or Mexico, you will still get a text telling you to have roaming add-on.  You can ignore the text as you already subscribed to the roaming plan
