Porting my number

Online support no help.Number never get ported.Ha can i get the process restarted.

Thanks for the help rerstarted the process hope it will work

 

@Tashik  I'll private message you the number as we are not to post it here on the public forum.  Check your envelope icon top right in a few minutes, or select your avatar and then Messages if no envelope icon.

I am also having porting problems with 3 different phone lines trying to port in.  What is number?

so, you never got a text from your old carrier

Call the porting team and they can reinitiate the process.  I will send the number to your Community inbox.  Check and call porting team now

There is a number to call to talk to live support,  they can re-trigger the process for you.  I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) .  Check the envelope icon on top right.  Call them and get it fixed
