@6048641944 test the PM sim on phone for out calling and incomming calls text and data . Also another way to confirm is does your old providers sim still work if it does then it’s not complete . If that’s the case you can call the porting team for update or have them re trigger the port request for you

if you want your number to come to Public Mobile , you can request that during activation or after
if you already requested , then have you got a text from your old carrier? did you reply Yes ? if you did, reboot your phone with the Public Mobile sim inside and check if inbound calls reach the PM sim card.
or you can also call the porting team to confirm. I have sent you the porting support team number. Please check your Community inbox (envelope on top right), check for the number and call
