I have made several requests to port my number from public mobile to Roger’s, but public mobile has not sent me a text.
how can I get PM to send me a text?

@Suz-cha Also, do you still have you PM SIM card in the phone? It won’t work of you don’t.

As stated, your account must be currently active. It takes up to 1.5 hours to get the request sometimes. However, porting to Rogers? Oh boy. LOL. Here's another issue. Public Mobile is having SMS issues that may be affecting the port. Reach out to Rogers and tell them this and let them do the work.

@Suz-cha Who are you making the requests to, Rogers I assume since it is up to the new provider to request the transfer and then Public Mobile sends the text. Is the PM sim still in your phone to receive the text?

Ask agent to check if they sees the porting request came in
