I am working to sign up for Public Mobile, and was not able to acknowledge the Bell Port Out request, and now my porting request is timed out. I need to re-initiate the port request, and to log into my account, the silly thing keeps wanting to validate me by texting me, and my number isnt ported and I can't receive the text.

I take it back, I just stayed on the line and kept telling them my number and now they are sending me to an agent. Thanks for the guidance!

I saw that message, had already called one of the numbers to no success, called the other and it's the same as the first. I get asked for my number, I provide it, and it tells me there is no active transfer request, and doesnt let me get through.

click the little envelop icon on top right side of page...I sent you a number to call to figure out how to restart your port.
