Ported from Rogers, everything works, but cannot receive calls or text.

My phone is showing on my pm account, data and making calls works fine. I am only having issues receiving calls and texting.

Hi, I did reply yes. I use my daughter's phone to call 1 844 number but I cannot receive text and when I gave her number it hangs up on me and tell me to use the online help.

Well, it looks Nothing works since you cannot receive calls nor sms.

Confirm your phone number and account status after logging in to PM account.

Did you get a text from Rogers to approve the port?, did you reply Yes within 90 mins?

It could be an incomplete port.  PM porting support team can help.  I have sent you the porting support team number.  Please check your Community inbox (https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage), check for the number and call.
