We've tried rebooting and taking the Sim out and rebooting and it still isn't working. Also tried suspending phone from self serve and reactivating phone, them rebooting the phone, but still nothing.
Does anyone know if there is anything else we can try, or is there a Mod we can contact to look into the porting for our phone?

Still unable to receive calls, but everything else is working 😞
This means that your number has not been ported, and since it's from another wireless carrier, the likelihood is high that the request has failed.
Since your old sim card has stopped working, I'll ask if it is was working when you made the porting request. And when it stoppee working was it after the port request? I'm hoping that someone didn'r mistakenly call in to cancel the service.

Sent a message to the mods, so am waiting for their reply. Thank you for the link @Dunkman!
It's now been almost 48hours, so hopefully some help will come soon. Crossing my fingers for the Mods to work their magic!
@anitaw54 While you are waiting for the moderator to respond, you may try the lost/stolen phone trick:
To report your phone stolen. Login to your selfserve account. Choose Plans and Add-ons tab. Choose the Lost/Stolen Phone tab. Choose Suspend Service tab. Wait 15 minutes. Report your phone found. Re-start you phone

Does your old provider SIM card still work?
Most mobile companies ports should have ported by now. Landlines and VOIP lines take several days up to one week.
You port probably is stuck if waiting 12 hours.

If your old sim is still working in phone...keep using until it quits. If you ported from landline, it can take a couple of days.
