Otp problem

I have lost access to my phone and now i want activate that number on my new device i can’t do it because i receive otp on number but i can’t acess that old number now

ou can ask the code to send to email or voiemail instead
On the screen it is expecting you to enter the code, click Didn't get the code? or  Resend code and then choose Send email or Send Voice Message (to retrieve the voice message, call your number from another phone and click * when you hear the greeting and enter voicemail pin)

if you still cannot get the 2FA code, you can ask PM CS agent to help to sort out the login issue. Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there

@Aleee  do you have an opportunity to send the code to email? If your using ESIM, you can download the app to the new phone, buy another ESIM and resume service. The $5 fee should be credited back to you a few days after repurchase.
