The 1st month i used PM (public mobile) around the end of my 1 month plan every time i try to make a call it says im not registered on net work. So goto Wal-Mart tech cant find my account online.so i buy another sim card new number .now im at the end of my 2nd month . NOT REGISTERED ON NETWORK again and cant verify my account online !!!!!!

@Axehole while Walmart are able to sell you a SIM card and assist you in activating, they are not the right channel to go to for support afterward. You need to contact the moderator team via private message in this community. You can find the details for doing so here: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Knowledge-Base/How-to-Get-Help/ta-p/251745. Unfortunately, the Walmart reps can't do much after you've initially activated, and often seem to give bad advice like activating a second line as you did--this wasn't necessary.

@Axehole some silly questions did you create an an account? After activating with pm? https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/ you enter the number and they send you a sms with a pin
Pm plans are 30 days not a month, so depending on .the timing your service will cut out.
Try calling 611 and paying with a voucher? Get online at recharge.com

Consider setting-up auto payment so you don't have worry about plan expiry. You also get $2 off every month for auto payment

If you registered twice you now have two accounts. Have you tried logging in to eather account here: My Account? Once logged into an account you can see if it is Active.
