Hello, I just help my friend with this situation
My friend activated account on October 1st and transfer her old number to public, she received the message from old account and replied with Y, everything went fine but now that number is seem off cause we make a call its went direct to voice mail, what can she do now? Her account number is 1000000xxxxxxxxxxx thank you

As it now appeared in the account is total different phone number, and old Sim did remove couple days ago

Try to remove the old Roger's SIM card from phone. Then make PM eSIM the primary SIM card.
Might need to reboot aftewards.

She reply Y right away and old sim still in the phone because she activated Esim on public mobile and the number she port its from rogers company

did she reply YES within the 90 minutes...not just Y.
Did she remove old sim and install new Public Mobile sim ?
