I’ve been getting texts from public mobile recently that say your data is almost up your minutes are almost up, but this doesn’t match what I see in the app and it doesn’t make sense for example because I have unlimited minutes

there are many posts about problem with this text, look to us that it was sent out to the wrong audiences.
Please login My Account using Incognito mode to confirm your usage so far in this cycle. If you didn't use up the data still, just ignore the text

It seems a lot of members were complaining about the data usage.
On the PM app, swipe down on the screen to update data usage. I would go what is shown on the app and ignore the notice.

Unfortunately, yes this incorrect information has been sent to several people lately from Public Mobile. You can ignore it if this does not apply to you.
