@NDesai well sort of, but I believe even if you're using a different email address you still need a moderator's assistance to port from Koodo pre-paid. My rough undertsanding is that PM shares a back-end system with pre-paid Koodo, so essentially the system thinks it's an intra-carrier port request, which isn't possible.

@Brandon_2002 If you already activated your sim, you can login to your self-serve account and request to port in your number by clicking on the Change Number option located under your profile on Overview page. All you need to provide is your name, phone number and account number. Make sure to check Authorized box.
Note: You must contact the mod if you are using the same email address and if you are coming from koodo prepaid.
