Port number from Rogers

I ported my number from Rogers yesterday but I didn't have my old SIM card in & didn't accept the initial text from PM to accept. I spoke with Rogers and they said that PM needs to resend the text for the port to be completed. I borrowed an iPad so I have my old SIM in there now so I can receive the text. How do I get PM to resend the text?

Best way is to open a ticket through chatbot and ask agent to initiate porting request again.
Both accounts have to be active and in good standing.

hi @JR23  you are supposed to get the text from rogers and approve the text.  But in your case, call Rogers and ask them what to do

once they helped, call back PM porting team  and ask them to re-send the port request.   I have sent you the porting support team number.  Please check your Community inbox (https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage), check for the number and call
