I want to know why I can't get back a low cost plan it only get higher I only have 4 options to choose from

what plan do you have now? and what plan you want to change to?
we heard people that have success to slowly change to the plan they want in 2 steps. First schedule a plan change to the cheapest plan you see there. Once that plan kicks in , check again on your My Account and you should see other cheaper choices

Ok so I need a new provider then as this plan no longer work for me and no option to get a plan that work for me

Sorry, but an existing customer can only choose from the plans that are listed after logging into the self serve account. This is a business decision by Public Mobile.
