Poor signal

For the past three. months I am getting very poor signals on my iPhone 8 Plus, only one bar. Sometimes the other party can't hear my voice at all. Why is this happening?

Rogers seem to have much signal here. Has Telus downgraded their network?

Hi, there is no way I can change it to 3G, I can't it anywhere in network setting.

I did reboot but same poor signal with one bar.

Have you tried to reboot your phone?

it could be a problem with the VoLTE.  I doubt you can do that, but check the network mode and see if you can change it to 3G and test some calls and see if it is any better

Try your sim card in another phone if possible  This can force a sim reprovision, it might or might not help, try it
