Signal problem

Hi, 

I have been using my phone to take online fitness classes. My apartment gym is in on the ground floor. I did get some signal last week, but this week I am unable to get any signal and I am missing all classes. Please let me know if something can be done.

If not, I will consider moving to another network as this is important for me.

I have some issue in the gym of a particular apartment myself too.  There is really nothing much you can do.   If you are lucky, it could be just a network equipment issue and they might be fixed eventually

And, anyone using Bell or Telus has the same complain?  PM uses the same network as Bell and Telus
