Poor signal

For the past three. months I am getting very poor signals on my iPhone 8 Plus, only one bar. Sometimes the other party can't hear my voice at all. Why is this happening?

Rogers seem to have much signal here. Has Telus downgraded their network?

Hi, there is no way I can change it to 3G, I can't it anywhere in network setting.

I did reboot but same poor signal with one bar.
