Has anyone else had a issue with the points page loading?
I have not once been able to see what my points are. Everytime I try to view it it just gives me a white screen no matter if I refresh the page or not .
Try using the app. Oddly enough, the app is better than the website sometimes as there are cache issues. Go figure. If that doesn't work, then go to your phone settings, then applications, find the Public Mobile app and clear the cache and then data in that order. Then restart your phone and log back into the app. It should then show. I just checked mine with no problem.
how you access the rewards site? did you login My Account, see the pop up and click on the link on the pop up?. That pop up link does not work well. What you can do is to close that pop up, then click Rewards page and then click Go to Rewards from the rewards page, that would work
