It worked fine until I got a new phone and sim card after mine was stolen. But now it says rcs disabled by carrier. Any idea jow can this be fixed?

Has anyone else had a issue with the points page loading?I have not once been able to see what my points are. Everytime I try to view it it just gives me a white screen no matter if I refresh the page or not . Am I doing something wrong? Lol

Thank you so much! Disabled the message app but couldn't uninstall it. But that's ok because when I signed back in it said that rcs was now enabled!

Yes, I also went and tried to suspend my account in the same area in case I had to do that first but that didn't work either
